Ingredients

    1 box (16 oz) Rotelle
    1 poly-bag of fresh baby spinach
    3 cloves garlic, diced
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    gorgonzola crumbles, 4 tbsp

Directions

cook Rotelle per package instructions
dice garlic
heat olive oil to medium, not too hot!
add garlic, saute for 1 minute
add spinach, stirring--
Keep spinach on heat until it "wilts" abouat 3 minutes
Remove from heat
Toss together with cooked pasta and 4 tablespoons of gorgonzola crumbles

    We didn't care for this much. There wasn't enough spinach once it wilted down, and it didn't have much flavor. Sorry. - 7/20/09
