This is a revised version of a recipe I already have posted. The last time it was too dry and the cheese was too hard so I changed it up a bit! Ingredients

3 Cups chopped broccoli
1 Cup less sodium chicken broth
8 oz. Reduced fat velveeta cheese
3 servings (15 crackers) Ritz reduced fat crackers
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
In a 9x9 casserole dish, add the chopped broccoli and chicken broth.
Cook for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
When broccoli is soft, add 8 oz. of velveeta and top with crushed crackers.
Cook an additional 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
