fresh grounded spelt/whole flour
normal white flour
mix with fried onions, cheese and butter for a traditional "Käsespätzle"
Kids love them with cooked apples/fruits, a bit of sugar.
Or sautè onions, garlic and minced meat, season it and mix it with fresh vegetables.
Serve with salad.
you can freeze them and defrost for a quick meal.
add water and flour until there is a sticky batter.
bring water and salt to boil.
use either the pasta maker from tupperware (very fast, would recommend) or scratch little "worms" with the even side of the knife from a wooden board (traditional)
the pasta only needs a 1-2 minutes, depending how thick you made them. you will need 7 times until all batter is cooked.
