Ingredients

    1/4 cup Flour, white
    1 lb diced Chicken Breast, no skin
    **OR** 1 lb diced beef
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    1.5 cup College InnĀ® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium
    1 cup Red Wine
    1 14.5 oz can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    .5 tsp Thyme, ground
    .5 tsp Parsley, dried
    3 sprigs Parsley
    1 Red Potato diced
    1 cup Onions, raw, sliced
    1 cup Celery, raw, strips
    1 cup Carrots, raw, chopped
    2 cloves garlic

Directions

1. mix flour, s&p, use to dredge beef and put in bottom of crockpot

2. top with vegetables, seasoning, canned tomatoes, broth & wine.

3. cover and crock on low for 8-12 hours.
