Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 ounces
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    Broccoli, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .50 large whole (3" dia)
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 cup shredded
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing, 3 tbsp


Tips

This i use as one meal but I start eatting it at lunch but end up snacking on it until 4 pm!


Directions

using left over chilled chicken. clean and chop lettuce and cabbage, cut up celery, broccoli, shread carrot, chicken mix all together add dressing and toss, Slice tomatoes and eggs on top
