Ingredients

2 cups of cleaned beet greens (stems are ok to include)
A small bunch of green grapes
A drizzle of molasses
1/2 tsp of ground cardamom
1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg
1 cup of Plain Soymilk
1 container of fat-free strawberry yogurt
3-4 ice cubes for added coldness
Tips
*The added beet green stems will be stringy if you chose to use them.
*Expect a beet taste.
*Drink while cold.
Directions
1)Clean beet greens and trim away any yellow and chop
2)Rinse grapes
3)Scrape away yogurt from cup and add to blender along with soymilk and spices
4)Add ice to blender
5)Add greens and grapes
6)Blend until everything is small pieces
7)Enjoy
