Ingredients

    2 tbsp celeb margarine - .5 onion chopped - .5 cup chopped fresh mushroom - 1 fillet of haddock - l serving of lobster - 10 small scallops - 10 large shrimp - .85 cup of flour - 1 cup buttermilk - 90 ml carnation fat free evaporated milk - 35% less fat mozzarella - 4 tbsp parmesan cheese - 1 serving wheat snax baked crackers(crushed)

Directions

Saute onion and mushroom in margarine. Add seafood and cook approximatly 10 minutes on medium heat. Add flour and mix well. Add milks and simmer on medium until sauce begins to thicken. Pour in casserole dish and top with cheeses. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake @ 350 F. until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned(about30) minutes. Good served with brown rice.
