Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    3 pounds lean Turkey Breast
    1-1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1/3 cup bbq sauce
    3/4 cup medium chunky salsa
    1 egg
    1 tbsp italian seasoning
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt

Tips

If wanted, you can place a 1/2 - 1 tbsp salsa on top of each loaf for the last 5 minutes or so.


Directions

Combine all ingredients into one bowl with hands. Then, spray 2 muffin pans with cooking spray. Use 9 tins in each pan. Fill those tins until they are slightly mounded. Place in oven Preheated to 375 for 25 minutes until browned and with soft crust on top. Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
