Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz)(remove)
    *Trader Joes Frozen, cooked shrimp (1/2 bag), 2 serving(remove)
    *Barilla BowTie Pasta, 16 oz(remove)
    **Lemon Juice, 6 tbsp(remove)
    *Lemon Zest (Shredded Lemon Peel), 1 tsp(remove)
    *Crushed Garlic, 2.5 tsp(remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp(remove)
    Basil, 10 leaves(remove)
    *Italian Parsley, 0.33 cup(remove)
    *Olive Oil, Trader Joe's Extra Virgin, 4 tbsp(remove)
    Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 2 serving(remove)
    *Frigo Fresh Shredded Parmesean Cheese, 0.5 cup(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices(remove)
    White Wine, .5 fl oz(remove)

Directions

1.) Defrost shrimp in large bowl of cold water.
2.) Cook pasta according to package.
3.) Heat olive oil, butter, dried spices, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
4.) Add in shrimp and lemon juice and cook until just warmed through, then set shrimp aside.
5.) In same skilet add in mushrooms and saute until they start to soften.
6.) Add in spinach and fresh herbs and toss to wilt.
7.) Add shrimp back into pan and toss in cooked pasta.
8.) Add a splash of white wine and season with salt and pepper.
9.) Remove from heat and garnish with parmesean cheese and more fresh basil and parsley.
