Ingredients

    Fresh Spinach Leaves 6 cups
    4 Large Bananas Sliced
    2 Raw Carrots, sliced
    4 large stalks of Celery, chopped
    4 cups Best Value Frozen Fruit (Strawberries, Mangoes, Pineapples and Peaches)
    Handful of Fresh Cilantro
    1 Lemon, quartered, without peel
    1.5 cups milk, 2%
    whole grain oatmeal , 1 cup
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg

Tips

may have to blend a little at a time, freeze what you don't use, can add anything you want! Kale, fresh fruit, yogurt; any variation, depending on your taste!


Directions

Blend in food processor, put in blender, add ice, mix and drink
