Ingredients

    3 teaspoons of loose tea
1/2 cup of raw (turbinado) sugar
    water

Tips

According to my mom, put a metal spoon in the class pitcher to absorb the heat to make sure the glass pitcher doesn't break.

Directions

I use two 1 liter glass pitchers. In one pitcher, add 1/2 cup of raw (turbinado) sugar. Put 3 teaspoons of loose Earl Grey tea in a tea ball or basket. Add the boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. After the sugar dissolves, pour 1/2 the tea in the other pitcher. Fill both the pictures with water and chill.
