Ingredients

    Carrot 1
    Bean Sprouts 2 cups
    Cabbage 0.25 heads
    Leek 3
    Celery 2 stalks
    Garlic 3 cloves
    Salt 2.5 tsp
    Pepper 0.25 tsp
    Flour 250 gr
    Oil for deep frying
    half glass of water

Directions

1. blend/smashed the leek, garlic, pepper and salt
2. take water, mix it with the flour.
3. chopped all the vegetable and the rest of ingredients. Add them to the flour mix together with number one mixture
4. Take large spoon, pour the mixture one spoon at a time to the semi hot oil, wait until the color turns into golden brown
