    4 oz. chicken breast
    1/2 T. extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup green pepper
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 cup cup cherry tomatoes
    8 small mushrooms
    1 package of Udon Noodles (recipe is calculated for the Hime-Nama Udon Noodles you can purchase at Wegmans)
    Wegmans Asian Classics Sesame Garlic Sauce


*You can use more or less of the vegetables depending on your taste.

*If you prefer just veggies, it reduces calories from this recipe by 125 for chicken (will add in maybe 50 total for more veggies).


Heat saute pan with 1/2 tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken cut up into strips. Let it cook until it begins to brown. Add in the vegetables (cut up to your liking).

Cook Udon noodles (there is a packet in the bag, just discard, it is loaded with sodium!) - they only take two minutes to cook. Drain them and throw them in the saute pan with the chicken/veggies.

Add sauce and mix until it warms up.

Plate and enjoy!

Serving Size: 1 serving for dinner meal
