Introduction

My kidlet invented this wonderful, tasty, raw pie. It is gluten free, dairy free and egg free (Vegan). My kidlet invented this wonderful, tasty, raw pie. It is gluten free, dairy free and egg free (Vegan).
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Crumb Crust
    1 cup nuts (I used 1/3 each almonds, pecans and sunflower seeds)
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    5 dates


    Filling
    1 c. cashews
    1/4 c. coconut oil
    1/3 c. brown rice syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. cacao powder

    Fold In
    2-3 c. fresh Raspeberries

Tips

If the crust is too crumbly, try adding another date, 1 tsp. of water, or 1 tsp. coconut oil.


Directions

Put crumb crust ingredients in food processor until fine. Press into pie plate.

Blend filling ingredients until smooth and creamy. Fold in raspberries. Pour filling mixture into crust.

Refrigerate at least 1 hr. and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 1 pie, with 12 slices
