    3 Cups of Breakfast Granola
    2 T Canola Oil
    2 t Cinnamon, ground
    1/4 C water


I use this as a crust for tofu cheesecake when I don't have time to make my own mixture of oats and nuts.


Grind granola in food processor. Put granola in mixing bowl. Add oil, water, and cinnamon and mix together. Press granola mixture into a 9 x 12 pan. Add tofu topping refer to tofu cheesecake filling recipe) and bake for 20 minutes or until outer edges of cheesecake start to brown.
