Introduction
The Nutrition Info on this recipe is made with 80% beef, Nature's Choice (stop and shop) flour tortillas, canned kidney beans, and taco seasoning. There are MANY ways to make it better, including using extra lean beef or turkey, and ground seasonings instead of taco seasoning, or fewer tortillas. Ingredients

1 lb 80% lean (or leaner) Ground Beef
1 sm Can Kidney Beans
1 md Onion, chopped
1 packet Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
approx 1 Cup salsa
1 C shredded 2% Cheese of choice
1 sm can sliced Black Olives
4 large Flour Tortillas
Tips
replace taco seasoning with paprika, chili powder, coriander, salt and cumin for a "less processed"/ lower sodium meal.
Directions
Brown beef with onion. When beef is half browned, add seasoning and beans.
Place 1 tortilla in bottom of sprayed pie pan, add about 1/3 each of meat mix, salsa, and olives. Repeat 2 times. Top with last tortilla and top with cheese. Back on 350 until warmed through, or cheese starts to brown.
Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting into 8 pieces. Add Lettuce and tomato for freshness!
Serving Size: makes 8 "pie pieces"
