Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Marinade
    - 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
    - 1/4 c pineapple juice
    - 1/2 c Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade (you could also try low sodium soy sauce if you are watching your sodium intake).
    - 2 tbsp brown sugar
    - 1/8 tsp garlic powder

-1.25 lbs boneless pork loin (center cut chops)
    -1/2 medium onion, chopped

Tips

Note: Marinade recipe makes 1.25 cups total. I discarded 1 cup of excess marinade. The nutritional information has been calculated for .25 c of marinade. This ensures that the nutritional facts reflect the portion of the marinade that is being ingested.

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients and put in a large ziplock bag. Add chopped onion and pork chops. Let marinade for several hours. Discard excess marinade and grill pork chops until cooked through. I like putting the onions on the grill in a tin foil boat and serve them over the pork chops.

Serving Size: Makes 4, 5 oz pork chops. 1 cup marinade discarded.
