Ingredients
-
-1 pound lean ground turkey
-1.5 tablespoons Chili Powder
-2 teaspoons red curry powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1 tablespoon garlic powder
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 medium onion
-1 medium tomato
-salt
-pepper

-Your choice bread/buns/rolls (not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Put the ground turkey in a bowl. Add curry powder, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, a dash of salt, pepper to taste and olive oil.
Finely chop 1/4 of your onion (leave the rest for later), and add it to the turkey as well.
Mix all ingredients together with your hands. Don't over mix, or the meat will become tough.
Divide the meat into 5 patties and place on the grill/in your pan over medium-high heat/on your foreman/etc.
Grill on each side for about 6-7 minutes, or until well-done.
While this is cooking, slice the rest of your onion and throw it in a pan on the stove to cook. It doesn't need a lot of time, just enough time to get soft.
Slice up your tomato. Put 1 slice tomato, 1 slice cheese (your favorite) on a piece of bread/bun/roll. Add a patty. Top with your favorite bbq sauce and some of the cooked onions.
mmmmmmmm..... delicious.
