Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup greek yogurt
    2 1/2 TBS lemon juice
    1 1/2 TBS white vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    3 TBS Milk (what ever you have on hand, I usually have 1% but used 2% this time)
    1 small (16oz) bag coleslaw veggie mix

Directions

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in small bowl. Mix sauce well with whisk.

2. Empty bagged cabbage mix into large bowl and then pour sauce over it and mix well.

3. Refrigerate overnight before serving (although I suppose a couple hours is acceptable in a pinch).
