Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 10 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 3 cup, thawed (remove)
    *Sucralose (like Splenda), 10 tsp (remove)
    Apple juice, unsweetened, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)

    *Hemp Protein Powder, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Wheat germ, crude, 0.25 cup (remove)

Tips

If berries are too runny add more cornstarch. Berries are supposed to be diluted jam consistancy.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.( large lasagna pan)

In a large bowl andd the dry ingrediants( flours, powders, salt, splends brown sugar). Stir in oil, egg, and aplle juice.
Measure h2/3 of the mixture (approx. 3 cups) into prepared pan. Press firmly into pan to cover bottom.

In a blender add berries, sucralose, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth. Pour berry mix over pressed flour mixture.

Cover with remaining flour mixture. Pat firmly to make top even.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until top is very light brown.

Cool completely before cutting into bars.
