Introduction

Suitable for breads, pancakes, snack bars and cookies that contain chocolate, warm spices, raisins or other fruits. Not suitable for sugar cookies, crepes, cream puffs, birthday cakes or cupcakes. Ingredients

    0.33 cup sorghum flour
    3.33 cups brown rice flour
    1 cup teff flour
    1 cup amaranth flour
    2 cups millet flour
    2 cups tapioca flour
    1.33 cups potato starch

Tips

Guar (or Xanthum) gum must be added to each cup of flour in your recipes. The amount depends on the type of recipe used.
0.25 tsp for cookies
0.5 for cakes
1 to 1.5 for breads.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container in the fridge.
