Ingredients

    10 tsp graham cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 package of low fat cream cheese
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    10 tsp low-cal strawberry jam

Directions

warm cheese and cream in bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add sugar. Plce paper liners in muffin tins. Add 1 tsp crumbs to bottom of each cup. Pour in cheese mixture and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. cool. Add 1 tsp jam to top before serving
