Introduction

If you prefer use re-fried beans. If you prefer use re-fried beans.

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 2lbs.
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 1pkg.
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 1pkg.
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Water, 1c.
    Beans, black, 1 cup

Directions

Brown ground beef slowly until well done. Drain off all fat. Stir in seasoning mixes, tomato sauce, beans and water. Simmer while you heat oven for taco shells, and clean-up kitchen and set table.
Serve with lettuce, onion, salsa, cheese, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Extra beans and corn make nice additions too.
