    Ground beef
    onion
    garlic
    celery
    canned tomatoes
1 can of tomatoes with chilis
    green pepper
    red pepper
    fresh cilantro
ground cumin (not really seeds, but ground)
beans - three 15 oz cans of whatever kind you have on hand.

Tips

It can be changed relatively easily - add other very low calorie vegetables, or use ground turkey in place of ground beef.

Directions

Brown Beef and cook onion and garlic until transparent. Add all the rest of the ingredients and cook until desired doneness. I like the vegetables a little crunchy.
