Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp soda
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp vinegar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cup cold water

Directions

Combine four, sugar, salt, soda and cocoa in 9x13 baking pan. Make three holes and put vanilla in one, vinegar in one and oil in the last. Put water over all and stir. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 9x13 pan (18 pieces) or 18 cupcakes
