Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp gralic powder
    1/2 to 1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper ( I often use garlic Pepper)
    1 tbsp Parsley


Tips

Once they are browned you can put them into your favourite sauce to cook further to add more flovour to your sauce.


Directions

Combine all the ingredients and form into 2 inch balls place on a broiler pan. Place in bottom of oven
Bake in 350 Degree oven for 20 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 24 to 26 balls- 2" balls - 3 per serving`
