Ingredients

    2 large tomatos
    one onion
    1 C tomato sauce
    1/4 C tomato paste
    1.5 C kidney beans
    1.5 C pinto beans
    1/2 C sliced carrots
    2 C organic vegetable broth
    1 C pasta of choice
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
    basil
    parsley

Directions

sautee onions in a little olive oil until a little brown. Add fresh tomatos and beans, broth, carrots, tomato sauce and tomato paste and let simmer until carrots are partially cooked. Add pasta and let cook till done. Season to taste.

Serving Size: makes aproximately 8 1-cup servings
