Ingredients

    6 - 4oz Tilapia filets
    18 Triscuits (3 servings)
    2 oz Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp Salt*
    1 T. Butter*
    1/2 tsp each Black Pepper and Garlic Powder

Tips

I used Frozen Tilapia filets from Trader Joe's for convenience. No need to defrost, just cook a few more minutes to make sure fish is cooked.


Directions

Crush Triscuits in bowl. Melt butter. Mix butter, lemon and seasoning into crackers. Top fish with cracker mix. Cook 10 - 15 minutes on 375.


*Optional - added for yummy flavor. Butter helps hold crackers together, but EVOO works just as well.
