Ingredients

    12 eggs
    Santiago's Hot Green Chile - found in freezer section (or comparable pre-made green chile) -- 3.5 cups
    1/2 cup italian blend cheese
    1/2 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
    15 jumbo olives, sliced

Directions

Crack eggs and whisk them in casserole dish. Slice olives and add to dish along with cheeses. Add green chile and mix everything well. Cook at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
