Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pkg extra lean Jennie-O ground turkey
    1 28 ounce diced tomatoes with sea salt
    1 can, 15 ounces Kuner's black beans, no salt added
    1 pkg McCormick 30 percent less sodium chili mix
    1 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced peppers
    2 cups sliced and diced summer squash
    1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to saute veggies in
    1 1/3 cup water

Tips

This is a lower sodium recipe NOT low sodium...just more like what should be normal


Directions

In LARGE frypan or wok, saute veggies; add meat and water and cook a bit; add everything else; bring to a boil and then simmer at least 20 minutes
