    3 T Smart Balance oil
    1 T kitchen Bouqet Browning and Seasoning Mix
    1/2 C White Flour
    8 cups Water


Heat oil in pan and add flour. Once browned slightly, slowly add 8 cups water stirring briskly. After it thickens, add the Kitchen BOuqet. Makes 8 1 Cup servings
