Ingredients

    -1/4 C whole grain rolled oats
    -1 Tbsp golden flaxseed (or ground flaxseed meal)
    -1 scoop vanilla protein powder (this recipe uses Smoothie King vanilla Gladiator protein powder)
    -1 packet Truvia (zero calorie stevia sweetener)
    -1 C fresh baby spinach
    -1 medium fresh banana
    -1 C fresh blueberries
    -1/2 C Greek vanilla bean yogurt
    -1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    -2 tsp vanilla extract
    -7-8 handfuls of ice, if desired

Directions

Blend oats, flaxseeds, and protein powder to a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients plus 7-8 handfuls of ice, if desired.
