Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Cherry Tomatoes
    3/4 cup chopped Yellow Tomato
1 1/2 cups chopped Red Tomatoes
2 Shallots (approx. 3 tbsp chopped)
    1 tsp Salt
1 large bunch of raw Cilantro (approx. 3 tbsp chopped)
    Juice from one freshly-squeezed Lime

Tips

Super ripe tomatoes will make the salsa wet and runny, so try to go for varieties that are still firm and not squishy :)

Directions

Chop everything up and add it to a bowl, give it a stir, a dash of salt and a hefty squeezing of lime. Voila!

Serving Size: Makes approx. six (6) 1/2 cup servings

    Incredible!
Delish! This is basically the salsa that Mexican markets and restaurants in the southwest sell/serve, many with some fresh raw onion or garlic in it. I don't mind a juicy one sometimes, so really ripe tomatoes (any mix of varieties) can be nice & very tasty. - 6/8/20
