Ingredients

    Albacore Tuna in Water, 1 can
    Mixed Greens & Spinach salad (Wild Harvest), 6 cups
    Mezetta Sliced Mild Pepper Rings, 8-10 rings
    Chopped Baby Carrots, 1/3 cups
    1 Lemon, juiced over the salad

Tips

I like to add a little bit of juice from the pepper rings and fresh chives to the salad also!


Directions

Combine and juice lemon over the top. You can add avocado, pepper, tomatoes, whatever you have in the fridge that's healthy!

Serving Size: There are 3 servings of tuna in this, so split it however you want - I usually just eat the whole thing for dinner!
