    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SPINACH AND COOK IN SLOW COOKER ON LOW OR MEDIUM UNTIL LENTILS ARE TENDER.ADD SPINACH AND CONTINUE COOKING UNTIL SPINACH IS WARM.
