Ingredients

    *Turkey, diced, 5 oz (1.5 cups)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    *Flour, white, .2 tbs
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *fat free half and half, .25 cups
    *Spice, Poultry Seasoning, 1 tsp
    *Corn - Frozen Whole Kernel Corn -1/2cup,
    *Peas frozen 1/2 cup,
    Carrots, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (diced
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Puff Pastry, 1/2 sheet cut into 4 sections

Tips

Use information on puff pastry to determine thaw time, baking temperature and baking time.


Directions

1. Melt butter/oil in saute pan.
2. Add onions, celery and carrots and saute for about 5
minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Add chicken broth, fat free half and half, corn, peas and diced turkey breast. Add poultry seasoning.
5. Cook until sauce is heated through and begins to thicken. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
6. Thaw half sheet of puff paste. Roll out on floured surface. Cut into four or five sections. Bake following package directions.
