Ingredients

    Equivalent of 2 cans black beans (no salt added)
    2 cans no salt added tomato sauce
    2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
    1 bag frozen corn
    Low sodium taco seasoning blend (I used this recipe: http://www.lowsodiumcooking.com/free/TacoSeasoningMix.htm)
    Onion and Garlic powder to taste
    water to thin it out

Directions

Throw it all together and cook!
Could use crockpot for 6-8 hours.
I did it on the stove top in about 2 hours.

Serving Size: My batch made about 96 ounces, so I divided that into 6 servings. Approx 2 cup servings.
