    1/2 cup Egg Beaters Florentine
    4 large eggs
    1 lb turkey bacon, diced
    3 plum tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup frozen spinach
    1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese, 2%


Brown diced turkey bacon in a large pan. Add tomatoes and spinach and cook until liquids have evaporated. Add eggs and egg beaters and stir until eggs are cooked and scrambled. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve up with a side of toast, english muffin or toaster waffle. Yum!
