Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup oatmeal
    1 banana, peeled, cut into chunks
    16 frozen strawberries
    1 1/2 cups soy milk
    2 tsp honey
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Makes 2 16 oz. servings.

    I used regular oatmeal for this recipe. Also I added frozen blueberries, splenda, and I used regular Milk. Thick and Yummy. I will make this again. - 8/19/11
