Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup oatmeal
    1 banana, peeled, cut into chunks
    16 frozen strawberries
    1 1/2 cups soy milk
    2 tsp honey
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Makes 2 16 oz. servings.

  • I used blueberries instead of strawberries, because thats what I had and omitted vanilla and the honey and it saved me some calories. Fills me up for a while. - 1/4/11
