Ingredients

    1 Tbs olive oil
    20 oz lean ground turkey
    1/2 package frozen spinach
    1 Tbs paprika
    1 Tbs chili powder
    1 Tbs brown sugar
    1/4 cup fresh italian herbs or 1 Tbs dried (parsley, basil, thyme, sage, marjoram, oregano, rosemary)
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 cup red wine


Tips

add to any pasta or spaghetti squash.


Directions

brown turkey in olive oil with paprika, cayenne, chili powder, brown sugar and dry italian herbs. (if using fresh herbs add them in when turkey is cooked) deglaze pan with wine and let it cook off for a minute. add jar sauce and frozen rinsed spinach. simmer to taste.
