Ingredients

    1 6 oz can no salt added TJ's Wild Salmon
    3/8 cup Oats (6 Tbsp)
    2.5 Tbsp Skim Milk
    3 Tbsp Egg beaters
    2 Tbsp Finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp finely chopped red pepper
    1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp garlic, finely diced

Tips

May serve with sauce made from 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt, 1-2 Tbsp each of chopped/seeded tomatoes and cucumbers and 1 Tbsp of onions and 1/2 tsp dill. (calories not included).


Directions

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Let stand 5 minutes. Shape into 2 large or 4 medium pattes.
Lightly spray nonstick skillet with Pam. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minute sper side or until golden brown and heated through.
