Number of Servings: 24


    *Flour, white, 1 cup(remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup(remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed(remove)
    *HyVee Cinnamon Apple Sauce, 4 oz(remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp(remove)
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked(remove)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients until well mixed. Pour over dry mixture and stir until just mixed. Pour into a greased iron skillet and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Can be baked in muffin pan - takes only 15 minutes to bake.
Cut into 24 pieces.
