Ingredients

    2 cups cooked brown rice
    1 can 99% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tuna, packed in water, drained
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 cup sliced mushrooms, or desired amount

Directions

Combine 2 cups of cooked brown rice, 1 can of 99% fat free cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of green beans, drained, one can of tuna, packed in water, drained, and one cup (or more) sliced mushrooms. Place in a casserole dish that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
