Introduction

My standard morning juice...an acquired taste for sure, but so healthy and energizing!! My standard morning juice...an acquired taste for sure, but so healthy and energizing!!

Ingredients

    4-5 leaves dinosaur (lacinto) kale
    4-5 romaine leaves
    1 cucumber
    1" slice fresh ginger root
    1 stalk celery
    1 broccoli stalk (yep, just the stalk -- I save the florettes for other uses like stir fry or soup)
    3 small granny smith apples

Tips

Organic produce if at all possible.


Directions

Chop as needed to fit into juicer chute and juice away!!
