Ingredients

2 c. Musselman's Homestyle Cinnamon Applesauce
non-stick cooking spray
Directions
1. Lightly spray the entire top surface of the fruit leather dehydrator tray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Spread the applesauce evenly on the tray.
3. Dehydrate overnight, or for 8 hours (480 min).
4. Gently cut the fruit leather into 4 equal pieces.
5. Peel the fruit leather off of the tray and lay in single layer on separate pieces of cling wrap.
6. Roll and wrap each leather, gently sealing the sides, and store in the fridge.
Consume within one week.
