    1/2 cup dry oatmeal
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp sugar free butterscoch pudding powder
    1 T packed brown sugar
    2 T DaVinci sugar free Dulce de Leche syrup
    1 cup water
    5 oz. frozen peaches,thawed


Can be made the night before, refrigerated and reheated in the microwave the next day.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a medium-sized pyrex bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Place thawed peaches in bowl.

In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine liquid ingredients. Add liquid to dry incredients and stir to combine.

Pour over peaches in prepared bowl and bake for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 makes 1 serving
