Non-dairy morning drink, with lots of protein and even some fiber. Non-dairy morning drink, with lots of protein and even some fiber.
Number of Servings: 1


    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Xylitol, 1 tbsp
    Beef gelatin, 1 tbsp
    Instant espresso powder, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup


Add splash of vanilla, dash of cinnamon, and/or kosher salt to taste. Not included in nutritional info. If you have any left over, it will turn into jello, which is not a bad thing. :)


Mix dry ingredients together while nuking 1 c water for 2 min. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of hot water and mix. Slowly add remaining water and mix.
