Introduction

Ingredients

    Boneless chicken thighs 8-10
    Lg jar of salsa
    Curry powder (red or yellow) 2-3 tsp
    Corn (optional)
    Onion (optional)
    Green Beans (optional)

Tips

-Chicken can be frozen if you will be starting it before you leave the house. (I usually leave extra salsa in, if I will be gone for a whole 8 hours)
-Add the optional ingredents, depending on what you have on hand at the time.
-I've tried chicken breast, if you use them, cut the cooking time by a few hours, it will get tough if you leave it in for the full 4 hours.


Directions

Add all ingredients to your crock pot. Keep on low for about 4 hours. Add to brown rice, white rice or eat by itself.
