Ingredients

2.5 lb Venison Roast
1 - 10.75oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 - 10.75oz can Mushrooms
10.75oz Hot Water
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup mix (dry)
1 TBSP McCormick Montreal Chicken Spice
3 TBSP Sour Cream
Tips
May need to use cornstarch to thicken sauce.
Directions
1. Season meat with Montreal Chicken Spice
2. Place meat in slow cooker
3. Pour onion soup mix over meat
4. Empty can of cream of mushroom soup over meat
5. Empty can of mushrooms over meat
6. Add water and combine ingredents
7. Cook in crock pot for 9 hours on low.
8. Add 3 tbsp sour cream to sauce and shred venison.
