    Turkey Mince
    Vegetables
    Pastry

Tips

Swap the Turkey mince for any other mince
Change around the vegetables to your favourites OR what ever is in season.

Make 4 LONG pastie rolls instead of 16 individual ones.

Swap the mince for more vegetables for a vegetarian pastie.

FREEZE them.

Great for School Lunches.

Eat them hot or cold.


Directions

Grate all the vegetables, saute in oil, cook until soft, add Soy Sauce to flavour.
Add the Turkey Mince and cook a little.
Allow to cool a little.
Add egg and oats and mix well.
Add herbs OR a sauce if you desire.
Cut pastry sheets into 4.
Add the filling and fold pastry however way you like.
Brush the pastry with an egg wash and cook in a hot over (200 - 220 degrees) for 15 to 20 minutes.
